Webinar Reply Not Working

Received email to watch replay of webinar however the video plays for 4 seconds and then shows "the Webinar has ended Thank you!"... I know it's ended that's why i'm trying to watch the replay file

Hi Andrew,

No problem and for others that may be experiencing the same issue with Safari, we have now released the webinars on our Youtube channel.

Hi Thank you for your quick reply, Yes I've just checked google chrome and I'm able to watch through that browser. Must be an issue specifically linked to Safari. Thank you

That is very strange, can you try this on Google Chrome and let me know if the issue persists?

Can I confirm if you are using the web browser Safari? If so, you will need to update to Safari 15.6 and above.
