Find specific transaction

I have customers who pay regular subscriptions for hosting renewals etc. These invoices are mixed in with other ad-hoc invoices etc created for the customer throughout the months/years etc.

When searching for specific invoice for hosting it seems VERY difficult, particularly where other invoices have been for the same or similar amounts etc. When looking through customer statements it shows invoices and invoice numbers plus amounts in addition there are all the allocated payments BUT I can't find an easy way to specifically look-up hosting invoices without clicking each invoice to reveal full details. Quite time consuming considering I have hundreds of customers and wondering if there's an easier way to get more detailed overview of invoices for each customer?

Hello Craig,

The only method I can think of for you to use is to have a reference in the invoices and bills in order to find the information quicker.

If you input most of the information for the invoice, there will be an option to show more results which may help.

The references will be the best way forward when it comes to the search function.
