Cannot access my tickets in clear books today

Trying to access my support tickets for Clearbook as I have an issue with subscription that was discussed and resolved on 10th April. Tried to contact Aaran directly but no response.

Page just hangs for minutes before coming back with :

504 Gateway time-out

All other clear books access is fine.

Hello Stephen and Richard,

This has been resolved and you should be able to look into the My Tickets link.

If you are still experiencing issues, please can you clear your browser cache and history. If the issue continues, can you please send us an email to contact support with your browser used, which operating system you are using and we will look into it.
