emailing receipts

The emailing of receipts to scan xxxxxxx is no longer working. Pls advise if there is a problem with the system, or please supply a fix. It last functioned 14 April. Allan Gaitens

Not a problem at all Luke, to create a ticket, on the top right of your Clear Books screen there should always be a 'Need Help' button. If you click that and then click on 'Send Us A Message' your message will be sent to us and we can reply to it from there.

Sorry dumb newbie question. Where do I create a ticket?

I'm sorry to hear that you still cannot use the scans email address so perhaps you can send us a ticket letting us know what the problem is? And in regards to restrictions, there should not be any but when customer's are sending in files, we generally advise to keep them as small as possible.

I'm getting issues with it only working occasionally. Are there restrictions like file type and size?

Hi Allan,

There was an issue with this, however our development team had reported it solved. Would it be possible to forward the email you have been sending to the scan email address to support AT clearbooks.co.uk?
