Mileage claim issue

When entering mileage claims on clearbooks as expenses for our employees when claiming for a car (HMRC rate should be 0.45p per mile) the rate shows correctly when creating the claim but when you have saved the claim and go back to review it the rate shows as having changed to 0.24p (the rate for a motorcycle). Please could you look into this and check if this is an issue with Clearbooks as this is an issue across all our employees but seems to be a new issue within the last month, thank you.

Hi Abdul, I have tried to raise a ticket about this in the way I have reaised tickets previously but it has appeared here in the community forum instead and there is no button to be able to create a ticket when I go to the 'My Tickets' section - can you provide support from this page for this? We could do with this issue being resolved ASAP as we currently have people waiting for mileage payments Andrea

Hi James,

Can you also send in your problem as a ticket because there is no reason as to why it should keep changing your VAT rate. If you could also include your details and when it occurs it will help us deal with it quicker.

I've also noticed some oddities like this, it changes my VAT rate from HMRC to manual all the time.

Hi Andrea,

This does seem odd to me and it may be a problem within Clear Books. Can I ask you to send in a ticket with the problem so that way we can look at it and let you know directly.
