I am sending an invite to a new user requiring access but he is not receiving it (email address double checked) any ideas why not getting through?

If you send us a ticket with the details of this problem using the guide below, we can look into this for you. Please could you give us all the user's details. We can also accept the invite on their behalf, should this not be resolved.
