Staff Room

Hello,

We are having issues with Staff Room. It seems to have deleted our data and other users can't access the system.

Is this a global issue?

Hi James,

It seems that every account was being given access to Staff Room for all employees even when no employees were paid for. On Together + you are entitled to 1 free employee, whilst the rest are at a cost of £2.50 per employee per month. Once we realised that the system was not working properly we rectified the situation and that has resulted in your employees not being able to see Staff Room. In order to access it again you will have to pay the above fee for all additional employees. I'm sorry for any confusion and any inconvenience this may cause.
