Bank Statement Import errors (with previously working set up)

I am trying to upload some bank statement CSV files. I have imported these loads of times previously, but haven't done so for 6 months or so. Now it is generating an error:

Import failed. Data has already been uploaded or incorrect file data.

The data has definitely not been uploaded already. So I deleted the mapping and tried again, but I am still getting the error.

I have checked the files in Excel and a text editor, they are definitely in standard CSV format (Date/Description/Amount/Balance).

Any ideas?

Hi Keith,

Would it be possible if you could send in a copy of your bank statement csv file, so we could try and upload this on a test account to replicate the error message and from there be able to further investigate into the issue? I look forward to your response.
