Clearbooks app - customer list not complete

In the clearbooks app not all my customers are listed . When I try to refresh the customer list the app appears to hang , occurs on iPhone and iPad versions

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately this is still an outstanding issue with our development team. The problem seems to be due to there being too many customers in your customer list, and the app not being able to pull in any of them through to the app.

I can confirm that we will have new resource in the next couple of months, which will allow us to work more in depth with issues pertaining to the mobile app.

I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your up most patience.

Is there any update here as currently I cannot use the app for anything that requires a customer which is pretty much everything.

I've logged this with our development team to investigate further and resolve.

Chris - this post refers to the Clearbook App for iOS not the desktop version. I have tried logging on/off but the "loading customer" message just seems to stay there

Thanks for pointing this out to us.

Does this only happen in iOS or when you are using your desktop too?

I find logging out then back in refreshes things like that but I must admit I get a lot of blank white screens when using the app in general.
