Amending pay and tax from previous periods

I have previously used Sage Payroll up to December where I have switched to Clearbooks. The pay and tax/NI to date previously calculated through Sage i posted in the previous employment section but I now need to delete these amounts. When I go to edit these boxes they are greyed out so I cant change them.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct this ?

Hello Gary,

You will only be able to edit these figures by undoing all payroll for the tax year. You will be able to then remove those figures.

You will be able to redo the payroll and then ignore the previous months RTI. Submit the latest RTI and state that it is a correction to an earlier submission.
