User invites

Hi

I am trying to invite a new user, and he is not receiving the emails, I have now tried several times and also to his colleague !!

Can you please investigate ?

We have solved the problem internally, Thasnk anyway

I can see one pending for paulreed@tsigroup.co.uk which I can accept on their behalf. Would you like me to?

However, there is currently nothing in the system for bryanwallace@tsigroup.co.uk

They have checked the spam, we are a tech company so the obvious has all been investigated.

I have tried to send numerous times to :

bryanwallace@tsigroup.co.uk

and also to his manager

paulreed@tsigroup.co.uk

They are in Northern Ireland, but this shouldn't make a difference.

Can you please let me ASAP, as it is now quite urgent.

Hi Charlie,

Has your colleague tried to look in their Spam folder as sometimes emails are mistakenly redirected there also?
