Time tracking

hi I am struggling with this, we are starting to use the program for our own accounts as from today but I have used the timer and lost all my time. I then re entered using the weekly entry option and lost some of my time. I tried create and that seemed to work but I can not do a weekly time sheet by employee report. We need this to make sure what hours our staff are charging can someone help please. I am quite sure that it is something that I am doing wrong but I need my staff to use the system and I cant ask them to if I cant get my head round it myself.

Hi Janet,

When you used the timer - what happened when you tried to save as a time sheet? Did you receive any error messages or did the amount of time just reset?

Using the weekly view - when you say you lost some of your time, what happened in this case?

To get a report on the weekly timesheets of an employee, just head to Tools > Time tracking > Time sheets and use the search filters to show results for a particular employee during a specific period of time. You can export this as a CSV using the button to the top right:
