Hi
I am in a difficult position, in that I moved away from clearbooks over a year ago but am still being forced to pay for a service I can't use.
Under HMRC rules I've been advised to maintain my receipts for 6 years. All of my receipts were scanned and uploaded to clearbooks, on the clear understanding that at any time I could take a backup of my account and leave, should I wish to. However, I've been told by your team that scanned attachments are not stored in a backup.
Please can you advise:
- is there a way of taking a backup/archive of all uploaded attachments from my account? either through my account or as a "one-off" by your support team?
- failing that, is there a subscription I can have that covers the cost of maintaining the uploads, but without using the service? I'm paying a lot for clearbooks but havent used it for a year or more.
