Since the refresh I have had issues with the multiple items tab. I am trying to allocate multiple items to a payment, and the sum will not be same as sum of the items because it is a credit card payment. So I choose multiple items and press add transactions but nothing happens.

I see thanks Cathy - you don't actually need to use the multiple items tab (this should be creating one invoice with multiple items), instead use the transaction tab and split the payment up by changing the figure in the amount field.
Steps 3 - 5 should help explain this, however let me know which part if any you get stuck on.

I take it you are trying to explain a payment on an imported statement - do you want to split the payment up as one transaction with multiple items or to split the payment up in to multiple separate transactions?
I am splitting the payment up into multiple separate transactions. Using multiple items, I can list the transactions, but when I press add transactions, nothing happens.
