Please close my account

Hi,

I have requested closure of my account last month, but was not allowed to do it online. I am worried that I am still being charged for a software that I am not using anymore. Could you please close my account and make sure that I am not being charged for it again?

I notice you have 2 currently active accounts on Clear Books - did you want to close both of them or just one?
