Payslip says it's been emailed but there's no email address in the system authorised by by the client.
So, has it been emailed (and if so how) or is the system talking nonsense?

I have passed this on to the Dev team to look into and see if they can find what has caused this. Would you mind sending in a ticket with details of the account and employee this error occurred with, please? It'll help with the investigation. I can then send any updates via that.
