Themes

Question asked by Paul Russell 9 years ago

Hi, I have a number of companies and my previous bookkeeper set up a theme, which appears in all but one of my companies. The name of theme lets say is ABC and it appears in each as ABC. What I can't work out is do each of my companies have their own theme, just called ABC or do I have one 'group theme' called ABC, which goes across all of my companies

I'm also being asked to pick a theme when entering purchase invoices - why?

thanks

Hi Paul,

The template was previously published so can be accessed from the Settings > Invoice themes > Templates section. You can search for the name of the template and click the green plus sign on the right.

If you want me to do this for you then let me know the company which doesn't have the theme.

Regards,

Thank you for this. Upon further inspection, each of the companies bar one has this theme, but each has their own logo inserted or left blank as the case may be, ie making each one slightly different and as I say, one company does not have the theme. Is this likely to still be a group wide one - if so, how do I turn it on for the company that does not have it

thanks

Hi Paul,

It looks to me like you have a group theme on your account. If you want you can choose to set up a separate theme for each company by going to Settings > Invoice Themes when logged in to that particular company.

With regards to the purchase invoices it gives you an option if you want to add a theme. If you don't want to then just leave that standard.

Regards,
