Credit Card Linked Bank Account

If a credit card is not linked to a bank account, (e.g. store card), how do I enter this when setting up the account?
Could you explain what you mean by 'linked' Ray?
Presumably you mean you just want to setup the store card as another bank account? If so, just create a new bank account as normal and select the credit card option as follows:
It will then create a new supplier which you may/may not want to edit the name of slightly.
