I am currently working my way through my free trial and so far looks like I can get working with clear books I run a balloons business and when I send out invoices I only require 50% payment for a deposit can I or the customer set this at the amount, also I except payment via bank transfer and paypal can I integrate a paypal button onto my invoices

Apologies for the delay in response.
I would recommend having multiple lines on your invoices, breaking the total cost of the product to a deposit portion, which in this instance is 50%, and the rest of the product cost. This would allow for a clear representation when funds are received and allocated to the invoice.
