Allocating more than one invoice to a credit note

Hi. I need to cancel several invoices for a customer but rather than creating individual credits I am planning just to raise one overall credit. Can I then keep allocating part of the credit note to an invoice in the same way as I would allocate invoices to a bank payment. Thanks Stuart Dann

Hi Stuart

Yes but unfortunately you have to go into each invoice and scroll to the bottom in order to apply the credit.

Many thanks Kevin. I thought that might be the case but at least it's easier than creating individual credit notes.
