Voided Invoices

Can you delete voided invoices permanently?

They're deleted as in no longer 'active' but they will always show in the void list so as to form a proper audit trail.
Best answerIf somebody cancels an order I would issue a credit note, you can then add a one line explanation to explain why it's been credited. At least that way there's a clear explanation for HMRC in the very unlikely event they ever take offence.
Okay thank you, its just whenever an invoice is created in error or somebody cancels an order i have clicked void as to delete.
