A very basic query. Can someone explain the significance of the black email symbol and the blue email symbol. Do they change from one colour to the other when an email is sent?
Hi Sonnaz,
That is correct. The blue symbol means that invoice has been sent while the black one means it has not been (if you hover the cursor over the symbol there should be a tooltip to this effect).
You can also see what emails have been sent from the Contacts > Emails > All emails screen.
