Closing a company account and changing bank details on another

I wrote several months ago on this issue and can find no reply and you continue to withdraw funds from my account. This has cost me several hundreds of pounds. I can find no reply from you guys.

Hi Neal,

An open account means a subscribing account (unless a request has been given that we intervene). We always make sure to inform customers that they must close their own accounts, as a matter of policy.

Many apologies that you haven't received a reply. It is possible that your emails encountered a glitch and didn't create a ticket, or that they have fallen into a rarely used area of the system.

Would you please forward those emails, with this message, to contact support so that we can work to resolve this?
