How to create invoice with different currency?

Our support guide here: https://www.clearbooks.co.uk/support/guides/multi-currency-2/new-navigation-create-multicurrency-invoice-bill/ will show the steps for creating multi-currency invoices. Once you have set things up according to the guide, when you then go to create an invoice you'll see the 'Currency' box and will be able to select the one you require for the invoice from the drop-down options:
