purchase invoice

Since the new Clearbooks set up I can't create a purchase invoice for one of my suppliers, they are on the dashboard but there is no way to make the bill, this is the only one I've come across that is like that. Will I have to set up a new account or is there something I can do here?

Hi Robert,

Just so you know you can know switch back to the old invoice creation menu by clicking on the Preview link at the top of the menu and hitting the Stop preview button. However, if possible could you raise this as a ticket with your details and we will investigate further on your account.
