Clearbooks subscriptions

I can no longer find my recipes for Clearbooks, the only thing i get when clicking on payment history is an option to close my account? Any help would be much appreciated?

Hi Michael,

I think you may be on the old Fubra subscription system - we are moving everyone over to our own system very soon, so the link to the Fubra passport has been removed. I will email your latest invoice to you - the email should contain a link to your customer statement which should also show a history of all your invoices (this link will update each month with the new invoice).

Yes please, i didint get the email or it went into spam, cant find it anyhows

Going forward it will - the email I sent from the original reply should have a link to your statement with links to all invoices (it would have updated each month so it should be up to date - if you need it again though just let me know).

when i go to subscriptions it dosent show me any of my clearbooks invoices? Please see attached

Hi Michael - I forgot there was also a pop-up box recently explaining what to do - it looks as though you have made the switch :) Next payment will be under the CB system and invoices will be on the subscription menu

Sorry not had that email, please could you link me to the instructions to do it? Also if i do it will all my invoice number etc stay as they are?

Just a quick update on this post - we have sent emails to let all customers know how to switch from Fubra to the Clear Books subscription system.

Hi Ray,

I have just emailed you your latest invoice which should include a customer statement link showing all previous invoices (this link will update each month with the new invoice).

The development team are currently working on updates to the subscription system - once complete we will be transferring all customers from Fubra to CB subscription system (you will then be able to view your invoice in CB). I think this is currently penciled in for June.

I can't find any clearbooks/fubra invoices either, where should I be looking? Money leaves the bank every month but I have no invoices.
