Dividend payment

I have followed the guidelines to create and pay a dividend, something I have done many times before. However after payment the dividend owed is gone from the named share holder account but still shows as negative in the dividend account. This did not happen in previous payments. I have tried all the suggestions even to that of creating the directors loan account. Can someone please help.

Hi Garry - you are better off sending in a ticket to Support on this so that they can look at your accounts.
