Is it possible to add someone to HR so they can be given paid holidays, but they are not on the payroll?

Is it possible to add someone to HR so they can be given paid holidays, but they are not on the payroll?
Hi Lucy,
If you add an employee in any of the modules it will create one in all three (accounts, payroll & HR), however, Payroll is only charged when wage is calculated so they may appear in payroll but as long as you don't process any wages for them you will not be charged.
