Has anyone used Vestipos and Clearbooks successfully/

Mt client has had Vestipos installed in her business and has linked it to Clearbooks the importation feed is not working at all, has anyone got any suggestions for getting this up and running? Please.

Hi Marcos,

As Paul mentioned it was myself that built the VestiPOS -> ClearBooks integration. It's developed from our side (VestiPOS) using the ClearBooks API, so it's best to direct any support issues to ourselves in the first instance.

Please drop an email to support@vestipos.com or give us a call on 0207 112 8662 and we will be able to get the ClearBooks link configured on your account and help with any questions regarding it.

Have you or your client contacted Joseph Flynn at Vestipos as he wrote the the integration?

I had what seemed a serious issue and less than 1/2 day it was resolved and the expert help was superb.

Hi Marcos - as with CB integration, you really do need to contact Joseph as he will have handled the izettle integration as well.

Hi Paul - huge thanks for the reply.

No we haven't been in touch with Joseph Flynn but it may need to be our next course of action. Its not long till the accounts are due and the system is so new that we have not had time to educate ourselves and get everything running smoothly. Could the issue be with the Izettle set up and clearbooks integration?
