I've run some test imports but was unable to replicate the issue.

Are you able to send in the file you're trying to upload to support@clearbooks.co.uk so that the issue can be investigated further?

I'll check with our development team to see if there is anything we can do to prevent this. I'll let you know as soon as we have any further information.


Working as a translator, it is a problem I often come across in my daily life/work, and usually means part of a program is not able to handle Unicode/UTF-8 properly.
