Hi
I've just had this message when trying to reconcile my bank statements?
I'm a bit confused as it happens when trying to explain commission income from my bank and paying out to a salaries account?
Can someone help explain why this is and how I reconcile these with the imported bank statement.

I'm afraid that's right, if you generate your own bank money in/out from the bank screen, or the Sales/Purchases > Money in/out screens, they are invisible when subsequently importing a bank statement.
What most people do therefore is to upload bank statement manually, or via Yodlee, on a regular basis and explain the transactions directly from there or enter invoices/bills to record the income and expense and pay them off via Quickpay or via bank import.
