Sending invoices email field clearing

Hi there,

I am trying to send a couple of invoices but each time the sending email address field keeps clearing so basically I cannot send. Please can someone look in to this and get it resolved?

Cool thanks for trying that out. There doesn't seem to be a more widespread problem with sending emails at the moment so would it be possible to send this through as a ticket to contact support and in the email can you let us know which email address you are trying to send invoices to?

Can you not just pass this thread through to them? I am very busy and need this sorting asap. The email addresses dont matter as it doesnt work with any I have tried but the 2 on the accounts though are emma@generationspml.co.uk and tom@six15events.com

I have tried it in Google Chrome 57 and Firefox 53 and both clear the To field and come up with the message in red Email to: Please enter a valid email address

I have sent invoices to the the 2 customers i am trying to send them too numerous times it isnt the email address as when I enter my own in it still doesnt send?

Hi Thomas, there may be a problem with the email address - can you check the address with any online email verification tool, I have linked to one below

Yes when I click send it clears the field and wont send.

Do you mean the sending from email address?

If so do you have an email address entered on the Settings>Organisation>Details menu?
