How do I leave?

Hello,

This is more than just a "how do I close my account?"

I have merged my business with someone else and my own limited company is no longer trading as such, therefore I need to stop paying for things from it including things like clearbooks.

Do I need to retain my data? If so, how? How do I download all of my invoices, expenses, receipts that I've uploaded, etc etc?

Hi Daniel,

Yes, you will need to retain your data for your records. To export information from Clear Books, please go to Tools> Export> Export. There, you will be able to select each area and timeframe for download (into a spreadsheet). Attachments cannot be exported.

Once you have done that, you should close your account by going to the building symbol in the top right and clicking on Account> Close account.
