Can you 'unapprove' an invoice?

I've approved by mistake - anyway that I can 'unapprove' or delete other than making it void?

Hi Jennifer,

Could you please clarify what you mean when you say "Approved" an invoice? If you meant that the invoice has been marked as paid then this can be solved by removing the payment returning the status back to unpaid.

Deleting and voiding in all intents and purposes within Clear Books is the same thing.

I have the same issue - I have voided mine but it still appears in unpaid invoices.

Hi Allison,

An "Approved" invoice is the same as an unpaid invoice. Could you explain in further detail what you were expecting?
