Staff absence calculator

My staff holidays are currently being calculated against a Jan-Dec year on Clearbooks however due to different start dates I have been calculating in the past manually from there start date say March-April ... Can I set the system to calculate there holiday entitlement annually using there start dates?

Hi Merlin,

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to set overlapping Calendar Years. The system would only calculate holiday entitlement based on the Calendar Year you have set up.

Hi Merlin,

We appreciate your feedback, but currently, we do not have any immediate plans to further develop our HR module. I will take a note of this suggestion and will be included on our product roadmap for future consideration.

Ok thanks Tommy is there plans to continue to develop the HR part of Clearbooks , I like the idea of integrating and would even pay a higher subscription to use the facility if it had more functionality it appears to be early days with this part of the software do you have many clients using this part of the system?
