Hello, We are re-branding and changing out logo. We have set up a 2018 template and wanted to check if its just a case of clicking default, to action? Will the logo then apply to all?
Do we need to do anything els, like apply all or OK to just Default?

Hi Kim,
After setting up your template, clicking Apply to All, will apply this invoice theme to all invoices and therefore, the logo on that theme will appear for all invoices. Whereas, the Set as Default option, will default all future invoices to the applied theme.

Hi Kim,
This will apply to quotes and estimates too, however, the customer statement theme is fixed and cannot be edited.

The statements we dont want to change the theme but how do we apply the new logo?
Hi Kim,
At the moment, a logo can only be applied via the method Tommy mentioned.
If you go to Settings> Configure system> Invoice themes> Create invoice theme> Theme settings> Upload new logo, you can set your logo and any other adjustments that you would like for your invoices. Once you save the theme, you can set it as default.
We are aware of a problem with setting a company logo in Settings> Organisation> Details & tax> Logo. It is currently with our developers being worked upon and should be resolved soon.
Hi, I have clicked on default and has only applied to estimates and invoices not the statements.
If you can help with how to transfer over to the statements that would be great.

Hi Kim,
That is correct. Setting the logo in Invoice themes will only apply a logo to invoices, as the theme can only be set for invoices and the like.

This has been fixed so you are now able to add a logo in Settings> Organisation> Details & tax> Logo, as usual.
