We keep on seeing this as we make all our transactions. We are unable to add any invoices or bill. Any helpful suggestion? thanks

Hi Azim,
Head to the accounting periods page. Select locking periods at the top of the page where you will see that you currently have 3 custom periods locked that are covering the time frame that you would like to transact.
Once these have been removed you will then be able to create the transactions.

Yes, this is because the accounting period that you are currently trying to transact within is locked. Following the link provided in the banner "Here" will take you to the accounting period screen enabling you to unlock the period(s) to be able to add the transaction.

Thank you for the quick response but we tried it didn't work so please advice?

Hi Theolonious I would like to inform that the problem does not yet solve, now we are not able to post any transaction to clearbooks so please let me know what to do as I need to create some invoices urgently. Regards

If you could attempt to process the transactions in question and update me on the outcome?
