Dormant subscription

Hi there,

I want to know what's the dormant subscription includes, I see it says read only but what exactly is this? Can I have access to all the data AP, Bank reconciliation, GL and all the reports? and I won't be able to enter new information (like invoices or bank feeds). is this correct?

Hi Maira,

I can confirm for you that the dormant subscription is the full version of Clear Books, minus the ability to make new transactions and submit returns. This is why we refer to that as a read only version of the software. I hope this helps.
