HSBC not importing correct accounts

Hi,

When setting up the new bank feeds, one for current account and one for savings, the latter seems to bring back the former details and not the ones it was setup for. So in essence, I try and import feeds for two accounts but get duplicate feeds from the one current account. I cannot 'force' the feeds for the savings through, so have to wait 8 hours to check this again. Below image shows the two accounts, which seem different but when I try and reconcile, i see the same entries.

Hi Andrew,

I want to inform you that at the moment, BMM and savings accounts are not supported for bank feeds. If you remove the feed for your BMM account until this is supported this should help.

Hi Andrew,

I am not sure what could be causing that. I know that HSBC bank feeds have been experiencing issues from the banks end. I will escalate this for further consideration with the bank. I do apologise.
