Project status - Archive - meaning

Hi,

I'd like to understand the difference between a project with a status of 'closed' and one which is 'archived'. The charity I work for has a fair few closed projects and I'd like to do some housekeeping without losing historical data. Therefore I'd like to understand what marking a project as 'archived' actually means.

Hi Anna,

Archived simple means that the project does not appear in drop down lists anymore and can only be found in the archived list.
