Payroll when employee has another job

I am configuring payroll for a new director employee starting this tax tax year. However she currently is working part time at a university and on their payroll until July.

I usually pay slurry and run payroll quarterly.

Does anyone know if there is anything special I need to do in Clearbooks regarding the payroll for this employeeuntil then because I am concerned PAYE can only be calculated when all income is taken into account.

(NB: the salary is like to be way below the threshold as it's only going to be abbot £6000 per year, so I assume this job it won't accrue any PAYE or NI in this year.

Hi Pete!

As long as you use the tax code given by HMRC for this employment; this will factor in any income elsewhere. When they leave their other employment, HMRC will send through a new tax code which once updated will ensure they pay the correct tax over the year.
