How can I access / download a p32 form?

Thank you for your reply. My accountant already has access to my Clear Books account. From what I can see, some of the required information is accessible under ‘Payroll - Employees - View’ (p11). However, there doesn’t seem to be an option to download this information as a CSV or PDF file, which would make handling the figures much more intuitive.

Additionally, I have found data that resembles what’s needed for a P32 form under ‘Payroll - HMRC bills report,’ but it isn’t explicitly labelled as a P32 form. The report is titled 2023-2024, but when you click into it, each month is labeled with a number from 1 to 12. Ideally, months 1 to 9 should be labeled with 2023, and months 10 to 12 with 2024, to align with the tax year.

Would it be possible to update these features to allow for easier access and clarity in reporting? Or is there another way to retrieve this information more effectively?

Thank you for raising this query regarding the P32 forms.

I would recommend inviting your accountant into the account, this way they can access the P32 form directly and then choose their best method of export (if required)

To invite a user go to the Business Icon in the top right of Clear Books, then click into manage users within the dropdown.
