I am registered for MTD but the Dashboard is stating Status unknown whilst the MTD panel says i am registered?

In this case, you must log into your HMRC account ensure you have added your income sources. You can do so under a section called Your Businesses like so:

That's a cut and paste of the response a month ago I have checked all of these
I have checked that I am MTD registered , my NI number is correct and I have reauthorised and it has confirmed registration. Am I meant to see something on the dashboard that confirms a submission has been made?
Hi Robert,
Your HMRC account relates to your Government Gateway user ID. You can check this by logging into your Government Gateway and ensure you can see your income sources. Once verified, you can then head to your Clear Books dashboard > MTD for income tax > Deauthorise and Reauthorise with that Government Gateway User ID.

There are 3 reasons for why HMRC may not make your MTD Tax Information available:
- Wrong NI number - please double check your NI number is correct.
- Not registered for MTD - you can check this by attempting to sign up again with HMRC.
- Wrong HMRC account linked - you must ensure you use the same HMRC account you used to sign up to authorise.
