I need to edit price in a paid invoice,?
I don't want to void and recreate a new invoice.
I wish to keep the original invoice especially the Invoice NUmber
How can I do this?
Hello James,
You cannot make an edit to a paid invoice as the allocation has been made. The only way you can edit the invoice is to remove the allocation and then to make the edit to the price. That will change the net, VAT and the gross amounts.
The payment can then be reapplied to the invoice.
