Why do I keep getting "payment failed" email notifications when I am set up on Direct Debit?

Thanks for contacting Clearbooks support.
I spoke to the developer and he has mentioned you received the email because the direct debit took a bit longer to reach us on the system. This email was sent because we thought it was not processed.
I checked our GoCardless account and it has gone through so please ignore that email. Apologies for the inconvenience.
