Why do Ideas that are two years old not have any response shown from CB?

Hello Graeme,
Again, we do try to answer to as many as we can but the implementation of Ideas is added when the development team add it to the internal roadmap.
Some ideas are implemented and need to be updated accordingly.

If I worked for CB I would be telling everyone that is simply not good enough! Your paying customers are giving CB little gems of ideas and CB does not have a system to ensure a response is given.

There are four or five ideas that are two years old without a reply from CB. They have 12 and upward likes.
I note your comment on another thread regarding and idea with only9 likes
"There is no function to convert the Quote into a PO. I have added it to the weekly management meeting and I will bring it up. Hopefully they can implement it as it does have 9 likes overall."
