User Name

Hi Leanne, On Clear Books your username is your email address. Once in your account you change this in the top right hand corner. The drop down under your name gives you the option to change your email and your password. The next time you log in the new username/email will come into effect. This will also update the email to which any posts are sent.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately it doesn't seem right though. I have already changed my email and logged back in numerous times but i still show as my maiden name?

We have an email accounts@solosupportservices.co.uk that was assigned to me Nicola Barnard, but now I have my own email address nicolabarnard@solosupportservices.co.uk and would like Sarah Banks to now be associated with accounts@solosupportservices.co.uk. How can I amend this?

Probably best to raise a ticket bout this - which I think you did. We can change user names in our admin.
