Account details!

I have changed the account details however they will not change on the invoices. Please sort this ASAP! I have triple checked and deleted the old details and they are still showing on the invoice!

I am not sure why the ticket would have disappeared but my colleague has informed me he has dealt with the issue via live chat. If there is anything else please let us now and we will be happy to help.

I sent this issue as a ticket yesterday and about 4.30PM it had been seen, however when I checked for a response this morning it has disappeared?

On the top right of your screen somewhere there is a 'Need Help' button in blue. If you click on that you will be given three option to get in contact with the support team. If you click on send us a message, we can hopefully resolve your problem for you.

I'm sorry I'm new to this, what do you mean by ticket?

Hi Darren,

Could you perhaps send this in as a ticket so I can go through this problem with you? I would need to check if the steps were followed correctly and if so I would need to know the old/ new details you wanted removed/ added on.
