Access to my full account settings

Hi somebody helped set up my account and i can not gain access to any of my settings etc. It tells me that my accountant has control of my account but this is not true nor is the case. Can somebody please tell me how i can unlock my account and gain access to my settings please as this is very frustrating.

Hi Kelly,

Please read the e-mail I've sent to you which will give you instructions on how to resolve this.

I'd suggest creating a ticket or calling direct for this one.
