Thank you for posting in Community. Yes you can do this. Firstly what you would have to do is create a template. Please go to > Settings > Invoice Themes > Create. Here you will be able to fill in all the information that you would like to have included on all invoices. You can choose to show or hide whatever details you would like and any text boxes you will leave empty will not appear at all on the invoices > click Save.
Then go to > Sales > Recurring > Create. Here you can fill in all customer specific details and also choose the theme you just created. For each time you create an invoice, if you use this template, they will all follow the same rules. However, you will have to do one for each individual pupil.
Finally, if you want it monthly simply select this from the frequency drop down on the left hand side.
