Standard Invoice

Hi,

We are a dance school and all our customers have the same invoice content. How do I set the invoice content to be the same for all pupils. The only thing I would change each month is quantity and dates

Hi Wendy,

Thank you for posting in Community. Yes you can do this. Firstly what you would have to do is create a template. Please go to > Settings > Invoice Themes > Create. Here you will be able to fill in all the information that you would like to have included on all invoices. You can choose to show or hide whatever details you would like and any text boxes you will leave empty will not appear at all on the invoices > click Save.

Then go to > Sales > Recurring > Create. Here you can fill in all customer specific details and also choose the theme you just created. For each time you create an invoice, if you use this template, they will all follow the same rules. However, you will have to do one for each individual pupil.

Finally, if you want it monthly simply select this from the frequency drop down on the left hand side.

Thank you for prompt answer. Sorry can you tell me where to add multiple items as I am obviously missing it.

Hi Wendy,

You can create as many invoice themes as you like.

Also, for each invoice you can add multiple items. So each invoice can list everything a particular pupil has payed for.

Thank you for the prompt response.. Am I able to add more than one description as standard invoice example:-

Monday Ballroom Class

Tuesday Street Dance Class

and so on I have 17 different to add

Hi Wendy,

You will be able to set invoices with the same content. This can be carried out by navigating Settings>Invoice themes>Create. This will allow you to create your own invoice with the desired content which can be used as an invoice theme for the rest of the invoices.
